Transition Programme Week 5 (for those working at home)
As we rapidly approach the end of the year and indeed your time at Cubert School, I have put in the links for the final sessions of Be Awesome – Go Big – I hope that these have been some use to you as you make the preparations for going to your new schools in September.
This is certainly not the end of the year that any of us had in mind when we started our year in Curlews last September and I am sad not to be able to say a proper goodbye this term (but am looking forward to the leavers’ celebration which we will hold as soon as it is safe and appropriate to do so again).
Be Awesome: Go Big
Go through the slides in each session’s presentation and watch the videos, then have a go at answering the questions in the workbook pages. It is not necessary to print out these pages – you can just jot down the answers on a piece of paper or discuss them with someone at home.
Session 7: What is normal anyway?
Session 8: Friendships & Fallouts
Session 9: Living Well
If you cannot get the video links within the presentations to work, please leave me a message below and I will post the links separately.
Mr Simmons’ Jokes of the Day
I took the shell odd my racing snail in the hopes that it would speed him up. If anything, it just made him more sluggish.
I bought a really cheap mirror which reflects badly on me.
