Descriptive Writing

After inventing a character and then being given a picture of a setting into which to put their creation, the pupils of Curlews have been writing descriptive passages.

I would like to share these two pieces of work, from Isla W and Heath.  They have both used some really creative ideas to describe their settings and details and begun to think about varying their sentence structures to add extra interest to their writing.
